Let’s start with the basics. Legislators will receive an overview of the laws and regulations governing auto emissions and the state and federal programs that are requiring ever-increasing numbers of EV sales, including plug-in and fuel cell electric vehicles. We will provide attendees with a snapshot of the current EV landscape in each respective state along with an understanding of useful terms to guide them through the seminar.
